I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples and families to develop emotional acumen, improve their relationships, find ways to resolve conflicts quicker, avoid communication traps, and build intimacy and genuine connection.
My treatment is centered in systemic and strength-based therapies drawing from Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I approach each couple, family, or individual with respect, non-judgement, openness, and curiosity; working in a collaborative way to find the best fit for you.
